SANTA ANA, Calif. - Gabriel Magana has been named the Southern California Football Association (SCFA) Week Five Defensive Player of the Week.
The freshman defensive back from Valencia High came up with two interceptions and ran both back for touchdowns in Santa Ana's 49-14 win over Grossmont. Magana also recorded 2 tackles in the win.
SAC will take week six off with a bye before heading into American Metro League play on October 15th against LA Southwest College.
