Dons Allow Four Goals in First Half of 4-0 Loss to Irvine Valley
The Dons managed just one shot on goal while the Lasers scored all four of their goals within 22 minutes.

SANTA ANA - The Dons dropped their Orange Empire Conference match against Irvine Valley College 4-0 as the visiting Lasers (11-3-3, 8-3-1) used a flurry of first-half goals. The loss drops the Dons to 2-10-3 overall and 1-7-3 in conference.
Irvine Valley's scoring began in the 20th minute with a goal by Berenice Pacheco before Rosa Soto Aleman scored in the 29th minute. Crystal Lefebvre added a goal in the 37th minute and Evelyn Lucatero capped the scoring with a goal in the 42nd minute. Only Lefebvre's goal was assisted and that was by Pacheco.
Cristina Lizarraga made six saves for the Dons in goal while Yesenia Pulido and Herminia Verduzco combined in goal for Irvine Valley's shutout. Pulido made the Lasers lone save of the match.
